Today is Ada Lovelace Day, a day to commemorate women in technology. Since I've always had eager family support for all of the educational and professional adventures and mis-adventures that led me to a career in tech, I choose to commemorate my mom, Kay McNulty, who is the Technology Coordinator at her school and a Google Certified Teacher.
ps. In case anyone missed Thomas Friedman's op-ed article from Saturday 3/20, America's Real Dream Team, let's also commemorate all of the young women at that dinner (including the contest winner!).
